Once accepted into Camp, the cadet will be given a Packing Check list. This will go into exactly what the cadet needs to bring and how many. If there is any issue getting something on this list please contact us
The Packing Check list also goes into detail about what the cadet can not bring. Some of the following includes
All medications shall be listed on the welcome packet upon arrival. The medication shall be placed in a zip locked bag , clearly marked with the cadets name, and will be registered with the staff. No cadet will carry their medication on their persons except prescribed inhalers.
Any and all food allergies, religious restrictions, and other health related needs to be brought up during the interview portion as well as the welcome packet. Special meals will be made for whatever needs the cadet must have.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for dropping off and picking up the cadet. This means the only time you will see your cadet(s) is when you are dropping them off for the start of camp and at the completion of their camp. This is a week away from family, friends, and technology so anyone coming into the camp grounds will be escorted out.
In the event of an emergency we have everyone on file inside the camp ground. If something happens you will be getting a phone call from us. In the event of a family emergency you will be given contact information before camp starts, feel free to contact that number for emergencies only.
Troop B Camp Cadet Counselors are dedicated to the safety of our cadets. The camp is monitored 24/7 by Counselors and State Police Troopers from the local area on patrol.
Our Graduation Hall is very large. In the event you are bringing more than 10 people in your group please contact us before hand.
